Don't add cories if you get either of the sharks. RTBS I know are territorial and would have problems with your cories. Not sure about the rainbow shark though. I'm guessing it is about the same way.

In a tank that big, I'd go with loaches instead of the sharks or cories. Yoyos, polka dots, kuhlies, and zebra loaches are all good choices. They may like a lower pH though.

I agree about the cherry barbs. Don't just get one. I'd get atleast a trio (1m/1f). In a 75g you could have 6 and they would be very happy.

If the rainbows are the only school you want, I'd up it to 8 or 10. Or add another type of rainbows. Bosemani rainbows are beautiful.

Don't add all the fish at once though. I know the Bio-Spira "instantly" cycles the tank, but I'd still be careful and add them a little at a time. I'm not sure how hardy rainbows are but they are expensive in my area and I'd hate to lost all of them because of some ammonia that developed.
