While I agree with you assessment of the previous statement, I must STRONGLY agree with the meaning behind it. Saltwater is not easy, especially for a beginner. Thats why we stress larger tanks (there are many, many threads on the subject). A 10 gallon tank will require daily matainence in the least to keep going. The animals in our oceans are being depleted far too rapidly for a learning experience that does not ensure the best possible chance for survival.

I do wish you well in your endeavor. I just hope you are prepared to do what it will take to ensure the safety of the animals in question.
