Ok, I'm a little confused. Did you have a question about something or need clarification about something? One doesn't need to be an expert to know something, just need to do some research.

Are all of your puffers in the same tank? Puffers should be in species only tanks as they don't get along well with each other or others long term. In addition, I'm not sure how big your fahaka is but it grows about an inch per month for the first year, gets to be a total of about 18 inches, and requires a 125 gallon tank.

Yes, Figure Eight and Green Spotted Puffers require marine salt in brackish conditions. Figure Eights need to be in low end brackish (1.005-1.008) and GSPs need high end brackish (1.018-1.022 but most keep them in marine so they can use skimmers).
