as for the floating plants, dont worry about lowering the water, just move them around every few days to let the light reach the plants below, the tend to grow faster but just cut them back when they are out of control.its up to you if you move them in or not, personally i wouldnt as the stress from moving them, metting new friendsand the fuss of modifying the tank justs makes it worst.wait untill the plants arive, set it up and pop them in. of course, its really up to you, their isnt a "right" way of doing it, just peoples opions.on another note, good for you getting planty of plants, frogs love plants to rest on and use as cover, they benefit the water too. with the plants,caves,rocks and more room, your frogs should be very happy indeed
