Many of the fish they carry can be gotten from local breeders and/or aquarium club members.
Where abouts (approximately) are you located ?
I see few (if any) fish on their site that I could not get within a week from either from my local LFS or from local hobbyists (I'm spoiled by some really good local LFS, however
)
Like others above, I've had good luck ordering dry goods from them but have not ordered livestock.
I trust that company, but I generally don't order or buy livestock sight unseen. I like to see a fish in person (and often watch it eat) before I buy it.
