I will try Vinegar when I get home tonight, I used a razor blade on the glass, so that part is fine and clean. The plastic is what is so bad. I am excited about the light fixture because it is a 50 watt light compared to the 19 watt that I have now, so the plants should grow a lot better. But if I can't get it clean then I won't use it. I am not even sure how it got so bad.
