Your other fish should be fine- but the fiddlers won't stand a chance in the long run. Stonefish are really just a giant stomach with fins and spines.
What I love about sonefish, is that even though they may "seem" aggressive, they really aren't. They mainly sit in a corner, and i've even witnessed "freshwater snowflake eels" swim around and under them with no troubles.
I would feed it once a day. Usually people feed them large amounts, and starve them for a day or two- but it's really not that great for them.
