go with the T5's, even though they have less watts, thier par is much higher. try to get a system with individual reflectors, not sure if the nova has that or not.
DAYLIGHTS" either means 6700k or 10000k, its just an easier term to remember, 6700k are yellow like the natural sun, 10000k are more white, maybe a touch of blue.
