From the sounds of things, it doesn't really seem like you've done much research. My suggestion is to do more reading and more researching into saltwater tanks before starting. Then get at least a 40 gallon tank to start because keeping the water quality stable in a small tank like what you have planned is much harder, especially for someone new to saltwater.
