I wouldn't suggest a Dojo for a 20g. Sorry Beks! They just get way to big and I don't think they'd be comfortable in a 20g. I've heard that they freak out when the barometric pressure changes (hence the name Weather Loach) and I can't see an 8" loach going crazy in a tank as small as 20g.

Cories would be a much better choice IMO. If the tank was like 40g, I'd say go for it on the loach.
