Way too many fish, and odd stocking for that size of tank, but i'll ignore that since they've never answered.
Btw: Puffers shouldn't be in a community tank, whether or not they seem peaceful. Datnoids- one species commonly brought in from brackish water "quadrifasciatus" which does equally well in freshwater, or low salinity.
Vespicula depressifrons, Waspfish/ Butterfly "goby," is a smaller predator, that has mixed conclusions being kept in aquariums. I've personally had 5 die on me from various causes. They have venom similar to a bee sting, but only in the first three dorsal spines. Being stung is rare, IMHO.
