Default Anyone Here Keep Monitors?

Namely speaking, Timor Monitors.
I've been working with my LFS on getting in at least one so far, and just wanted to check, and see if anyone here has actually kept them. Or, at least, any other monitor. I've kept reptiles since I was little, and i've been around them my entire life- though i've never kept a Monitor personally.
I've heard Timors are a little less apt to being handled, and they're not as "hardy" as something like a Savannah (which is too gynormous for me to care for atm alongside an iguana). Other than that, it doesn't seem like many people even keep them. Half of the sites have close to no info on them... and this is only the second time i've even seen them being offered for sale. I did some general research on larger species like Savannah's, and Water Monitors, but Timors are around a 4th of their size and more arboreal.
But anywho, any general comments, suggestions?
I have everything needed already- except the actual lizard
Thanks In Advance!
