If you can't find similar size tetras, then just get small ones. They may get chased a little, but they shouldn't be killed or anything dramatic like that. H&T tetras are pretty playful, so expect chasing in any newcomers.

I recommend you choose 2 schools out of your current stock and bring those up to 8. Your fish will be much happier that way and won't give you problems like you've been seeing. Since the Rainbows are not playing nice, they'd be a good candidate to go, as well as the Danios, which you only have 2 of. The Black Skirts should go as well.

Its hard giving up fish, but atleast you'll be doing the right thing for the fish you keep.
