Microworms, vinegar eels, baby brine shrimp (all live), hard boiled egg yolk - there are alot of good foods for baby fishes, but none are what I'd call super easy and all require more frequent water changes.

(please note that I didn't say that any are hard - but they are not even in the same league as feeding flake food etc).
