It depends on what brand of frozen you get. Hikari fortifies their frozen worms. Also, when given the choice, I've found fish will ultimately go crazy for frozen over freeze-dried. Lastly, you incur the risk of bloat when you feed freeze-dried, if the food is not hydrated enough when the fish eat it.
