my 10 gallon contains 2 zebra danios (1 regular one pink)
4 white skirt tetras
1 VERY small pl*co

I believe my tank to be close to over crowded, but they are doing well. I would not stock nearly as many fish as osteo recommends. You would need some air stones, good filter, and slowly add thos fish after the water has been cycled by a hardier fish like the danio or something. I'd keep a 10 gallon to 6-7 small-hardy fish.

fyi... female betas are cool to have in community tank. I wouldnt recommend them to be in with fancy male guppies though... they get a little nippy with them.
