GSP will need a 30g fully marine tank eventually (they grow to 6") and will eat your molly. A f8 will grow to 3" and require an s.g. of around 1.005 and may not eat youy molly, if your lucky. Bumblebee gobies would be perfect requiring an s.g. of 1.005 or Knight gobies at an s.g. of 1.010.
