Mold from what I read is caused by excess water. It only needs a little bit of water and I was getting a little too spray happy. From what a friend was telling me is that I should have just sprayed the walls a little and 1-2 sprays on the substrate. I'm guilty of doing alot more, hence why I was manually removing water surface.

I think a fan would dry out the HC if anything.. and don't see any real benefit to that.
I did although poke 2 small holes in the back but thats all i'm doing.

The H202 has killed back the mold for now, but I predict I'll be filling in the next few days.. I'm just glad it got time to root
