No question is stupid if you dont know about the subject your asking about. More experienced people will look at some questions as basic but that wont matter because everyone started somewhere and here asking questions is one of the best places for it.
I only properly started this hobby about 6 months ago before that Im ashamed to say that my fish were probably not the happiest and I wasnt either because it was getting to be a c**************** but once you get told or find out the proper way to keep fish it becomes very enjoyable and no hassle at all.
The key is patience and knowledge. Dont do anything unless you know the results, so use everyones friend, google, or ask questions.
