Hmm could be kinda big change.
I would suggest doing more like a 50% water change, get storage container, fill up with as much water your going to need, treat it, make sure temp is right, wait couple hrs then do the water change. Only reason i saw to do 50% is cuz it's large change, and dont want to shock the fish.
