I have one myself. For 1 you need a 2.5-3 gallon setup. Idealy you should have two females and 1 male in a ten gallon. Groups require more feeding because if they get hungry they will eat each other's fins so I'd say 2 times a day, as much bloodworn as they'll eat. In my experience they are very easy to care for and don't require snails or other invert.s in their diet unlike most puffers. The water isn't that important if you introduce them stress free and slowly. No tanks mates, most people say you can use otos but them must be kept in groups of 6 or more so just keep DPs alone in a tank with many live/fake plant and hiding places
