Well I have learned from my LFS that even though you do not need a protien skimmer, equipment is still very expensive and so are fish. I just am saying that it is expensive to keep a salt water tank unfortunatlly not very familiar with fish because I am a nano reef kind of guy. Personally I would choose to keep tangs along with inverts and mushrooms but you might rather a fish only tank, I don't know.
