I was looking around my local petco the other day for plant ferts just to see what they had. I want to find something for healthier plants and to help with growth.
Link This is all they had there. What will this do and is it worth me buying? I'm going to look around this week and try to upgrade my tank to about 4wpg, if I can I'm going to try and start a DIY CO2 system. As of right now though I'm at 2wpg with Marsilea Minuta, Dwarf Sag, and Anacharis |

That would work as a micro nutrient mix. You'll also want to dose potassium when you upgrade the lighting....and probably nitrogen (nitrates) as well. Seachem makes potassium and nitrogen products...under the Flourish name (Flourish potassium, Flourish nitrogen). I prefer regular Flourish for micros, but I don't know that the Hagen stuff is that different. Hagen makes an NPK (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) supplement, but it doesn't have as much nitrogen in it, so you'd have to use more to get the same results as the Flourish Nitrogen.

Thanks for the info Kristen! But for clarification, I actually meant would it do me any good with my current setup @ 2wpg? Maybe that's what you meant I just want to check. I didn't really want to buy it now if it won't do any good with my current setup.

Well it can't hurt to dose it now. I would skip the nitrogen for now, since the plants will be growing slower and won't be using more than the fish produce. Dosing potassium and the micro nutrient mix can't hurt though.
If you had super low light, like 1wpg or less, then I would say no that dosing the micro nutrients would probably cause more harm than good (algae-wise), but at 2wpg, you should be fine. Dose each of them a couple times a week.
