Default Please explain the better choice

http://ngvi.ebay.com/vi?ngvi&backtoi...SC%2FrS9myM%3D
and

The first one has fans but the second doesn't. Both have 8 moonlights. Thanks

They are basically the same except for the fans. The first option is the better choice IMO, since it has fans and is probably made better. Odyssea doesn't have a great reputation. The first fixture doesn't have a brand, that I see, but its probably made similar to Coralife fixtures (looks just like one). Therefore, I'd choose the first.

The reason I think about the second one is b/c it has a 5 year warranty on the ballast. I e-mailed the seller and they said I call an 1800# to fix a problem. I don't think the first one comes with a warranty. I have been doing my homework and e-mailed 5 people that bought each one and the second one doesn't have many complaints while the first seems to run hot even with the fans.
