My Salamanders...

WOW! I have 2 tiger salamanders, too, but they're not even close to being that bright yellow. More of a muddy mottled color. Yours look great!

Thanks Willow. There are different sub-species of the Tiger Salamander, thus the differing color intensities.

Thanks. They are currently in a 40L set up that is 48"x12". Soon I will be making their new habitat....it will be either 48"x18" with a 12-18" deep pool with fish in there and a waterfall, or possibly a 72"L tank for even more room. Once that is done, I will post alot of pics.

Strangely, I've never really much been into salamanders, despite having so many seriously cool species within easy reach. ( I can get those bright cherry-red Pseudotriton rubers here as well as marbles, spotteds, tigers, flatwoods, and yes, even RedHills ) Slimy P. glutinosus are very common here, along with a few Euryceas.
I guess I just prefer my tanks to be completely full of water!

Still, very nice specimens you got there, Treasurechest!
