Question saddness

i have an aquatic frog and have had it for almost 2 years now. recently i have discovered my frog staying at the surface floating around but if u touch him he will move but will not go under water doesnt seem to eat or n e thing. now im not sure if he is just getting old or if he has sum sort of desiese but there is a spot on his back that kinda look like he's shedding.?? or maybe was being maimed ?? and to other similer one's that just look like lill air bubbles under his skin ?? kan anyone tell me what's happening ? i kno this may not b much of help but i dont have n e way of posting a picture or i really would. n e thaughts would be appriciated. thank you
