Default Well-planted 29g: ADF+5 cherry barbs?

Would this combo be OK?

If not, suggestions are more than welcome!

sounds ok to me. personally, i would skip on the ADFs an make the tank a african clawed frog tank. they aare much easier to feed but you can't keep any fish with them.

The only problem I see is feeding the ADFs. In a tank that big and planted, you may have some trouble feeding them, since usually you have to put the food really close to them. The Cherry Barbs shouldn't be too voracious with eating to get in the way, so they should make good tankmates. You should be able to feed the ADFs ok with a turkey baster. I'm not sure how many ADFs you are planning on, but I'd atleast have more than 1.

It isn't extremely well-planted; basically, it's just a rather thick carpet of java moss and 8 small amazon swords. But I'd love to get an entire community of frogs, now that you mention it...probably ADFs, though...they're slightly cuter. I've been kind of looking for something different for a while, and ADFs definitely fit the bill.
