My brother bought these turtles but he's not sure what type they are...

Red eared sliders. They can get between 7-12", live over 50 years, require a 75 gallon minimum with the ability to climb out of the tank to a dry area, also need a heat lamp and UVB light on the dry section. Here is my turtle enclosure.

He's an idiot...I'll make him try to find a place that will take them tommorow bcuz he can't accomodate for them...
He went to NYC on a trip for photo and came back with these...I'm not sure if I can find anywhere though

Be careful with those also. Some laws prohibit buying/selling them under a certain size. I'd check that out before you try and rehome them.

Yeah... They sell them dirt cheap as babys in chinatown, and lots of people buy them. Truth is, they are pretty hard to accomodate for them, but make awesome pets. You can see both of mine in that pic on the platform.
