I got mine from aquariumplant.com. Once you factor in shipping it's more like $20 per bag really. If you want to get it local the best price I've found was AquaBuys... 19.99 per bag (plus tax).

My plant group saw that "sale" also. Unless you are odering 20+ bags it wasn't cost effective and even then it was high.

I actually ordered 4 bags and got the $19.99 deal. $19.99 is the price and it includes shipping. I was very pleased. They are kind of ignoring the 20 bag minimum thing. I called them and asked a million questions. they're very friendly and helpful as well.
