I have a 60 gal. tank with oscars and plecos and i have gnats and what looks like little squiggly things swimming around in my tank i have done water changes,external parasite treatments,filter changes, and even cleaned the entire tank they wont go away please help

What do the little squiggly things look like? Very tiny thread-like wormy things? If so, they are most likely planaria and are harmless. Cut back on feedings and do very good gravel vacs and they'll go away. Dunno what the gnats are from. What are you feeding them?

Do they look like that? If so they are just nematodes..completely harmless, eat detritus, etc.
