Default Ensuring good oxygen levels

I have a 55 gal tank with 4 Bala Sharks and 6 Tiger Barbs. The tank has two power filters: a Top Fin 60 and a Penguin 200 Bio-Wheel. Shouldn’t these provide more than enough circulation and oxygen? Do I need to add an airstone?

I’m using the Tetra test O2 kit (http://www.tetra-fish.com/catalog/product.aspx?id=243) but I am not comfortable with the results. Are there any other oxygen test kits out there?
