Eye Injury?

My Balloon Molly's right eye looks like it has been injured! Its like it was bleeding on the inside or something? I tried to take a picture, but I couldn't get one to come out. This happened today, because it didn't look like this yesterday! This is the same eye that had an ich spot 5-6 days ago, but it went back to looking normal after that.

Any idea what happened, or what I can do for him?

This poor fish always has problems...

It more then likely is an injury, do you have plastic plants or maybe decor with rough edges?
Keep the water clean and give it a few days, if it doesn't start clearing up you may have to give her some antibiotics, but I would put her in a quarantine tank to do so.
