Who here trusts bactinettes? and does it really work?

Had to do an internet search for this-- don't even know what it is. it is apparently used in England and is made in germany.
Do we get it in North America? never heard of it.
Where are you writing from?

from london, its live bacteria from cold, and it eliminate ammonia,nitrite and nitrate, but my no2 was high so i was told to get this from the pet shop and it will go down in a few dayz? that should work rite?
