Default Fishes in my fish tanks

Hi, lately i have gotten a 30 gallon fish tank, and i have added a few fishes in it. After a few days, i noticed some of my fishes' fins seems to have been nimbbed on.
I have eight fishes in my tank and they are
1 pleco
1 rubbermouth pleco
1 chinese hillstream loach
1 moonlight gourami
2 red honey gourami
1 sparkling gourami
1 green corycat

It seems like the fish with gives the most problems is the moonlight gourami, as it chases my fishes around. all my fishes except for the plecos and the loach has damaged fins. I have a few plants and a cave looking object in the tank. Is there a solution to this problems, i heard that moonlight gourami are peaceful gouramis compare to most of them, but it seems like its the one giving most of the problem. Maybe adding other fishes of the same kind would help? i am new to fishes so i am basically clueless...thank you for your help.

Have you checked ammonia or nitrites? If either are high it can cause fin damage as well.

If it is nipping, I am not sure which is doing it.

yea, i am plannign to get a nitrite test soon, ammonia is at 0. and also, how many fish can i hold in a 30 gallon. So far my plecos are still small and my biggest fish which is moonlight gourami is around 2-2 1/2 inches.
