I have a Kodak EasyShare CW330 Camera and I was wondering how to take nice clear pictures of my fish... Is it the camera? or how Im doing it?
When I take pictures I turn off any light but my aquarium light, then I turn off the flash on the camera (for my case its turing the dial to the flower looking symbol) and take the picture, BUT THEY TURN OUT BLURRY.. or the fish look small in the photo!! plz help |

There are two reasons fish pictures come out blurry.
1). They are moving too fast for the exposure. You need more light, not less, to shorten the exposure. Take the picture at an angle and turn on the flash. If you have a second aquarium strip light, put it on the tank. Or aim other lights in through the open lid. 2). The camera won't focus on the fish, but always picks something else in the tank to autofocus on. Aim at something in the middle of the tank, like a plant, and wait for the fish to come near it. Using the flower (macro) setting is correct. |
