Default How much food to give the fish?

I have heard a few opinions on this and I currently feed all my fish like this:

Monday - - Thursday - - Sunday - - Wednesday - - Saturday

With this feeding schedule I still see them crap all the time! Especially the rainbow fish I always see crap hanging from the bottem of them, is this normal?

Should I feed less, or keep the schedule the same?

Default Wow

Wow indeed. I'm feeding my big fat Mollies twice a day and they gobble it up. I try to feed my Danios once a day and they just spit it out. My philosophy is that liviing things will eat, otherwise they cease to be living things. Am I being too scientific about my dietary approach toward my fish?

Fish can go a couple weeks without food and still live.

Your feeding schedule looks good KR. Some fish just produce alot more waste than others......looks like your Rainbows are one of those fish. Think of it this way, its better to see them pooping all the time than to not ever see them poop. That could mean they have some type of problem. Pooping is good!
