First!!! congratulations!

I that too many?
No, its not to many, but you'll find as they mature and (maybe) pair-off that a 40 gets a bit crowded. But they will still be fine.

Also what do they like their tank like?

They originate from the black waters of South America. But today's angels can pretty much put up with anything as long as its not too hard. I find mine are happiest in planted tanks with long leaves to swim threw and lay eggs on. Medium current.

what do they like to eat?
Brine shrimp, blood worms, good quality flakes.

what temperature do they like?
78-88 I keep mine at 82

what are fish they are compatible with.?
Most none aggressive fish, Tetras, Cories, Danios, Rainbows etc

do they like air bubbles or no?
They don't care either way as long as their is good O2 exchange, which happens at the surface of the tank.

If you know anything else please tell me!!! thanks to all
