you cant tell by the pictures but the tank is lit very nicely with just the two of them, as for the substrate..... I love the way it looks but im not sure if its clouding the water. The water still is a little cloudy but im not sure if thats the cause. I pour the water over the driftwood so it never stirs it up like that but there was plenty of substrate movement when I was planting.

i have nothing of use to add but this is officially the best planting thread i have come by...all this information is what has me prepared for planting my own 29 gallon...YEY!!1
