Unhappy A few Questions

I have had my smaller 10 gallon tank for several months now and have had no severe problems. I have had a few die, but when buying from Wal-Mart (small town no where else to go unless you want to travel) this was expected. My 10 gallon has tetras and danios (black skirted, pink, blue tetras, zebra danios, plec, harlequin rasbora) as of the last few days I have noticed that one of my black skirts and my blue tetra have little white spots on him (possibly ich) I have tried treatment but nothing seems to work. I am fairly attached to the little guys (first fish I have ever had) and I am a little worried that the ich on their fins and bodies is causing them to have a hard time breathing and swimming. I would like to know if it is likely to kill them, spread to the others and such. If so, would I be better off letting them just die off and re-starting a cycle?? Or "euthanize" them?? I am very concerned

It is way to early to think about euthanasia as you can probably discover the cause (ich or fungal infection) and treat for it.
What is the temperature of the tank?
Do you use aquarium salt?
What do the white spots look like exactly? (i.e. specks of salt, or tufts of white cottony stuff etc.) Describe it as best you can, or even better get a picture
What is the ammonia reading? (number not zone or "okay")
Nitrite?
Nitrate?
How long ago was this tank set up?
Did you cycle it?

Fish are more likely to get ich if they are stressed. If any of those numbers are high that could cause stress and lead to an ich outbreak. But it may not be ich so it would be good to describe it

K so, temp is between 81 - 82 F; no salt, don't know the amonia/nitrate levels as of yet (small town, gotta wait for it); I have had this tank for awhile now (4-5 months); and yes we cycled it before we added it and we didn't add them all at the same time, but still close together. I have a bell and a little house in there and some gravel... that is it. We change the water 25% and suck the gravel and we have a plec. Adding 2 pics (the best shots I could get...hope it helps)

1 tablespoon to every 5 gallons of salt. Do that (temp and salt) and watch for changes over the next few days. If there is no change at all then consider a rid ich type med. I just used Clout on ich in my tank and it helped a lot. I left the temp up and the salt in the tank for a solid month. Then I lowered and started removing salt (by doing just water changes without adding salt back in). That was 3 weeks ago now and still no more ich so that is a good sign It takes 2 weeks for ich to fully cycle through its lifespan. So you want to keep things elevated for that time at least, and a week or two past that time is better.

The best thing that you can do at the moment is to separate the infected fish from the healthy ones. Put it in a separate aquarium and apply some meds from your local fish shop specially made for ich treatment. On top of that, I would advice you add a small tablespoonful of salt to 10 gallon of aquarium water. Perform 50% water change every day to monitor the progress. Hope that helps.

actually i wouldnt move the healthy fish because theres already ich bloom and if you move the healthy ones they will get stressed and get ich to them youve infected two tanks..not a good deal

Yeah, it's already too late to move anything.
By the way, it's 23 days, not 14, depending on species. Unless you have a microscope and know for sure exactly which kind of ick you have, always assume it's the longer-cycled one and treat for 3 weeks instead of two.
