Micky Mouse Platy Acting Weird

I have a 2 year old female Micky Mouse platy named Mini. I've noticed about 3 weeks ago that she has a blue-greenish spot on her head that has never been there before. For the past two weeks her fins have been clamped down and she's been hiding. I've put some salt in there to relieve stress but it doesnt seem to help. There arent any agressive fish. All of my platies are friendly with eachother and I constantly watch my tank to make sure of that. Does anyone know if the greenish spot has anything to do with her weird behavior? She isn't pregnant either. Please give feedback if you think you have advice! She was my first fish and I'll be very sad if she dies.

I'd start by taking some water measurements. Until you know that information, you're just taking stabs in the dark.

What does that mean, especially for pH and hardness?

Ph is 7.1 and i got my watet testef, they said everything was safe. If it doesnt have anything to do with the water, do you have any ideas of whats happening?

No idea at all. Clamped fins is a bad sign. A photo would be very helpful.

an update..mini died yesterday. i woke up the day before and noticed she had what appeared to be tumors in her stomach. it wasnt dropsy, and she died the following day.
