Too Much for a 30g?

Hi, I am looking at purchasing my first fish tank. I just want to make sure that the 30g I'm looking at is big enough for my future stocking plans and that all of the fish species I picked out are compatible. I would like this to be a community tank.

1 Clown Pleco L104
1 Bolivian Ram
5 Ghost Shrimp
6 Peppered Cories
10 Black Neon Tetras/Glowlight Tetras

If a 30g is not big enough I would consider buying a 40g. Additionally I would like to know if Caribsea tahitian moon sand, or Caribsea Instant Aquarium Moonlight sand or Sunlight gold sand would be appropriate for substrate.

if you can i would get a 40 gallon cos it will be cheaper in the long run and that stocking is fine.

it would be cheaper cos you will only have to buy a 40gallon and accessories instead of a 30 gallon and a 40 gallon and all the accessories.

Oh okay. I only intended to buy one tank anyway. But I will probably set up a 20 gallon quarantine tank.
