Default Red/Orange splotches on rocks

I recently put four mpimbwe frontosa, about 3" long each, alpha male about 4", in my 29 gallon, dont' worry I know its too small for them, they won't be there long, I'll be moving them soon. Recently, today actually, I noticed that there are red orange spots on the rocks that I have in the tank, and a few on the glass towards the bottom near the substrate, I was wondering what exactly it was? and if it needed to be taken care of. Please let me know asap. Again please don't thrash on me about having these fronts in a small tank. I can also take pictures of it if it would be helpful in getting info. Thanks!

new tanks usually get these algae blooms because of the nutrients in the new water... after a few months they'll die down and become non-existent or relatively unnoticed.

All right, thanks for the info! I was afraid it was something bad and then I would have moved the fronts elsewhere, thanks for the info again!
