Default dead ghost shrimp

all the water stats are ok
everything i woke up to find 1 of 2 of my gs dead

tank has been going since october and shrimp has been in there 2 days i dont think its a molt skin thing ecause the whiskes and that is on it

same problem here except it lasted 3weeks.it was big too. i read where they have short lives anyway and like a bit of salt.

Hey guys,
Yeah, not too long ago, I had a g/shrimp of mine die in my tank the day after purchase.
G/shrimps experience shock greater than almost all other organisms. As a result, they can easily die when transferred, exposed to chemicals, experience change etc.

I guess its normal to have some die after initially placing them in new environments. They simply don't live very long and have small bodies, so experiencing change places a great deal of stress on their already minimized physiology.
