my betta got popeye just 1 hour ago. I used a sponge to quickly cycle my tank. I got the sponge from a tank with a betta with popeye. I know a stupid thing by me. ANywayz how should i get rid of it using homemade materials. Help needed quick thx

"Only homemade materials"? Do you mean that you can't get any medications? There are medications available for treating popeye, just look in the medication section at PetCo. If you can't get any, riasing the temp to 85 degrees and adding some aquarium salt is usually a good idea for a sick Betta. It might not cure anything but will help his body to be strong enough to heal.
