OK, I'm switching my question
However, I'm still on a quest to find an eel that can live or be acclimated to Brackish Water. Now I'm researching (which I do before I buy any fish) about the Freshwater Snowflake Eel... I hear these can be acclimated quite well, as they are a fish who does freshwater and marine enviroments. Any thoughts? I'm looking for an eel that won't excede a foot or so, which these guys won't apparantly - max length in captivity seems to be stated as 6"-11". The plan is for a Freshwater Snowflake Eel, and 3 dragon gobies to live in a 55gal tank - which appropriate rock and caves. I think this is certainly do-able for at least a while, as the gobies are small and young yet, and I would be buying a younger Freshwater Snowflake Eel. Lemme know what you think. Well the "freshwater" snowflake eels that I'm used to don't do well in fresh water at all. So I'd start switching them over as soon as you get them. Also, although there might be a species that doesn't get as large as I've seen them, most that I've encountered have been around 2' long.

Hm. Yeah, I'm looking for an eel or eel like creature besides my gobies to put in there... but, maybe i'll just stick with them.
Btw - is there any happy salt medium between true freshwater eels - such as TT eels or pea****************s eels and brackish water liking fish like my gobies? |

They aren't "true" freshwater eels, they should be in light brackish water.
