Default green puffer problem

my green puffer in my brackish tank has been acting strange. Its belly has developed tiny brown spots like he is losing his usual white underbelly color, and this has been going onfor some time now. Today I found it lying on its back with an unusually inflated abdomen. It seems to be having trouble getting off its back because it just gets pulled over onto it everytime it attemps to get off the bottom. what is going on here? swimbladder problems? pregnant? please help

When you post the specs, add to it how long your tank has been up and runing, filtration, how you do your water changes, other fish in tank, tank temp, how much salt you use each time you do your w/c......
Oh yeah, what you feed him to would be helpfull with all that info.

with out knowing any of it, I am goin to go on what i heard from somebody that talked to pufferpunk about losing all their puffers,
High Amonia is BAD for puffers, and it don;t have to be that high to become a problem.........after they lost the last one they had left, the amonia was
"don't quate me on this" 2.5 maybe?
I don;t think he is home yet from being out of town, but should be pretty soon.....unless pufferpunk comes around, sure she remembers talking about it to them.
