As long as you have adequate filtration and have no more than three males, that will be ample room!

You should be fine as long as you cycled the tank.

Watch carefully for fights between the males. I personally never recommend having more than one male at a time unless the tank is huge, because inevitably, there is one male that feels constantly threatened by the other(s) male and will *nip nip nip* constantly.

Tanks:
40 breeder - tons of Loaches, White Cloud Minnows, Panda Garras
29 community - Neon Tetras, Cardinal Tetras, Harlequin Rasboras, Congo Tetras
20 paludarium - African Butterfly Fish, Peppered Cories, Feeder guppies
10 community - Kuhli loaches, Cherry Shrimp, Betta, pond snails

I always have this problem with platies, guppies and mollies. I would recommend only one male, too.

If I were you I'd start with 1 male and about 4 females as they will soon breed.
What is your reason for the salt in the tank, Mollies are a freshwater fish, they can tolerate high salt levels but are best with out unless you are using it to keep water hard and stable for pH. What amount are you salting the tank?

I'm not trying to dispute that mollies can be fine in freshwater aquariums, but I'd like to point out that mollies are NOT freshwater fish. They usually live in estuary-type areas, therefore they are brackish in the wild.

No mollies are mostly found in freshwater in the wild, some do however inhabit estuarys and even pure salt, but most are freshwater.

I have just posted a thread 'Mollies and salt' explaining why many people keep them in a brackish tank.
