Is my molly going to have babies soon?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section..

I've had Solstice (creamsicle lyretail molly) for about a week. She started out really active but the past 2 days she's been hanging out by the bottom of the tank and not doing much. She has black dots underneath her belly.
Does this behavior indicate that she is sick, or that she is going to have her babies soon?
