Unhappy dying fish

My green spotted puffer is laying on the floor of my tank and gasping for air. What could be wrong? There is a little bumb under her mouth but I can't imagine what she could have choked on. All the water statistics are perfect. Help!

I guess the LFS had better advice? reason or no reply?

Anyone I've heard from a few people that Most LFS puffers have a bad habbit of just up and dieing.....
I can believe this, we have had 1 or 2 F8s and 5 maybe......GSPs,
they was all fine, acted like a puffer, ate like pigs, and then they all did the same thing, find eating n funny one day, the next be dead........
Never lost anything of the swords, mollys or plattys in the tank
"sept a few fry that would pop up now n then, but the puffers was a diff story,

I have also heard from someone that has 30 puffers, that the LFS ones are very good for that.
They have 30 now and got mostof them from one person that sells fish n plants and all are doing just dandy, aint had any die yet.....
when the last puffer went we had, the tank went down and cons went it in,
i'm finnished brackish for awhile, wasn;t worth the money n salt to keep the few plattys, mollys n sword tail in there....
