Hey, I plan on breeding some Banggai Cardinal. I have'nt gotten them yet but this is a plan I have of getting them and breed them so I can sale them. I heard that there the easiest saltwater fish to breed, is that true? Does anyone know any methods I should take? Will they breed in a community tank with other fish or should I put them in a seperate tank? If not Cardinal, what fish would u prefer to breed? please leave comments.
Put them in their own tank, and even then don't put too many in the tank. They're very scrappy.
Not the easiest, but the easiest that are worth the bother.
btw, try to get captive bred cardinals as your stock. Wild ones often come with internal parasites and the captive bred cardinals are a lot easier to breed anyway.
